1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Returns & Exchange

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Must be reported within 2 days of delivery with unboxing video and pictures.

Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or back to original payment method.

Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Sarees purchased on sale or discount

Customized or blouse-stitched sarees
5. Exchange

Exchange is offered only if replacement stock is available.
