Cancellation, Refunds & Returns Policy

We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair return experience.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns & Exchange

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Must be reported within 2 days of delivery with unboxing video and pictures.

  • Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or back to original payment method.

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees purchased on sale or discount

  • Customized or blouse-stitched sarees

5. Exchange

  • Exchange is offered only if replacement stock is available.

  • Exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
